Based on vintage sake aged for 17 years, this umeshu is made using only Nanko-ume plums from Minabe Town, Wakayama Prefecture. The plum aroma fills your entire nose, while the result is a plum liqueur with a soft sweet and sour taste that is unique to sake brewing.
